Wii Pogo Stick Controller In Development

BATON ROUGE, LA–New accessory-maker MadDogz International announced the development of a pogo stick game controller for use with Wii and ongoing research to develop versions compatible with Xbox 360 and PS3. In addition to the wireless pogo stick controller itself, which MadDogz is calling the WiiHop, a protective helmet is in the works to prevent active players from “braining” themselves on game room ceilings. MadDogz president, Brandon Simplair, believes the new controller will be the perfect accessory for a host of pogo-related games. “We’ve been doing tons of research,” noted Simplair, “and what we found is that there are a whole lot more Pogo games out there than you might think. There’s one web site that’s nothing but Pogo games if you can believe it.”
