Covering the gaming world with hot scoops since 1889!

FAQs

Your dedicated IGNN staff tackles the big questions about their unprecedented undertaking to cover all the news that they can imagine regarding the world of games.

Q: What is IGNN?

A: We are the world’s primary source of imaginative gaming news. We report on events that never happened or that happened in substantially different ways than how we reported them; we publish things people didn’t say (although it’s possible that they thought about saying them but then thought better of it), and we review games that don’t exist (yet) and games that may exist but have little or no resemblance to our descriptions of them;; we comment on fans who exist only in our fevered minds, and all things speculative, outrageous and patently false related to computer and video games…and anything else we feel like tossing into the mix.

Q: Why are you doing this?

A:We’ve asked ourselves the same thing several times, but we always end up searching for our muddler and new mojito recipes instead of pursuing the answers into the perilous murk.

Q: Is IGNN supposed to be funny?

A: Absolutely not. Gaming is a serious business in a serious world. Anyone who thinks otherwise should spend more time trying to stay alive in the frag fest known as life. Life, however, is hilarious, so if you laugh at our stories, you’re really laughing at the rich madness of existence.

Q: May I comment?

A: Comments are welcome wherever you see the words “Leave a Reply.” In particular, we encourage imaginative responses. Someone once complained that our stories weren’t factual; we had to have him expunged. Don’t let that happen to you.

Q: May I submit stories?

A: Please refer to our submission guidelines in About IGNN to learn more  about our submission policy, then submit.
